I work on weekends now. I am not complaining or whining. I am just stating a fact. The fact that I still have to be up at daybreak and no time to stay in bed late. But it is okay. I enjoy what I am doing.
It was supposed to be a part-time job for the summer only where I worked as a Behavioral Health Professional.
At first it was just something that I want to do for the summer since school was out and I didn't want to do summer camp.
Eventually, I kinda like what I was doing so I continued working.
Why not? My work description is to play with a kid and I know I am good at that. wink*

A Behaviorial Health Professional. I've never heard of that job. My husband works in rehab, and he evaluates job skills for every job there is, yet we have not heard of this one. Can you give me a short description? It seems that in our later years, our ministry is with children, so I am interested. We babysit a four year old, teach bible to twin boys, and my husband teaches chess to gifted kids in elementary school.

I admire people who are so wonderful such as yourself - for example I love learning about one of my client's day at the special needs class. It's a good cause,but you are sacrificing a lot of your time with hubby. Now I understand. Thanks for sharing.
I'm happy you like your weekend job. Maybe one day I'll be able to do stuff like that.
