Backyard Deer Sightings

Since it is hunting season here in Maine, Hubby is a bit uptight for two reasons… his back hurts and his work schedule is hectic. But despite his whining he still finds time to sneak out in the woods to hunt for deer.

Funny as it is but he would travel miles away to hunt deer but Brandon and I always see deer in our backyard often when he is not around. We would bring some apples and strewn them all over the ground while we wait for the school bus every morning. And good enough we would have good sightings of those creatures feeding on our apples.

Funny at it is… Hubby never sees them around. And he hates it. Well, I would joke… “Those deer only show themselves to those people who have good hearts.” And he would just grin.
